T. Kirk Anders

 T. Kirk Anders is the founder and principal of Anders Commercial Properties. With a Bachelors degree in Finance from Auburn University, he has over 16 years experience in commercial real estate, as well as several years in banking, and has completed over 200 Real Estate transactions. As one of the top producing brokers in Atlanta, Kirk has completed brokerage transactions valued at over 23 million the last two years. A member of Dunwoody United Methodist Church, he is also involved with Auburn University Capital Campaigns and coaches several kids’ athletic teams. He lives in Dunwoody with his wife, Audra, co-founder, and two sons.

Audra Anders

 Audra Anders is a founding member of Anders Commercial Properties. A graduate of Auburn University with a B.S. degree in International Business-Spanish, she was employed by AT&T, where she received the Leaders Council appointment reserved for the top 2% of the sales force in the world. Over 10 years, Audra has held various positions, including personnel management, International Sales, Sales Training, and Project Management. She currently leads the Property Management division of Anders Commercial Properties. Audra has lived in Atlanta for 18 years and currently resides in Dunwoody with her husband Kirk, co-founder, and two sons. She is active Dunwoody United Methodist Church, participates in the Vanderlyn Elementary PTA, and volunteers for the Murphey Candler Little League Baseball organization.

Travis Garland

 Travis Garland is a native of the Atlanta area and has lived in Buckhead with his wife since 2003. He graduated from The University of Georgia, one of the top 3 real estate schools in the country, with a Bachelors degree in real estate. Travis has over 5 years experience in the real estate and finance industries. Travis’ focus is establishing long-term relationships and providing service that is unmatched anywhere else in the industry. He is active in the Big Brother/Big Sister mentor program.
